Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

This service is operated by Avisionary LLC ("Avisionary", "we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this site and its Action Plans.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account & contact data — name, email address, login credentials for administrators.
  • Intake content — information you submit about your business idea, goals, target customers, budget, and concerns.
  • Communications — messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
  • Usage & device data — pages viewed, approximate location (from IP), browser, device identifiers, and timestamps, for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in and that store your session.

Payment card data is collected directly by Paddle and is not received or stored by AVisionary.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • Providing the service (delivering your Action Plan, sending its download link, supporting administrators) — performance of a contract.
  • Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests in protecting the service and our customers.
  • Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests in understanding usage and improving quality.
  • Legal compliance — keeping records required for tax, accounting, and dispute handling — legal obligation.
  • Marketing communications (only if you opt in) — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. How we share your data

We share personal data only with the categories of recipients below, and only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, customer support tooling, and AI inference providers used to generate your Action Plan.
  • Merchant of RecordPaddle.com Market Limited processes all sales of our service. Paddle handles payment, subscription management, billing-related customer service, fraud screening, tax calculation, and invoicing on our behalf. See Paddle's privacy policy.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit advisers under confidentiality.
  • Authorities and others — where required by law, court order, or to enforce our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International data transfers

Some of our subprocessors and Paddle operate outside your country, including the United States, United Kingdom, and EEA. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Intake submissions and generated Action Plans: kept for as long as your account exists and for up to 24 months after, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Payment, tax, and accounting records: kept for the period required by applicable law (typically 6–10 years).
  • Security and audit logs: kept up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contact page; we aim to respond within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege roles, and audit logging — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep administrators signed in and to remember session state. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out of the admin area.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
