We want you to be satisfied with your Avisionary Action Plan. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every sale. Refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf.
To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Select the order and choose the refund option, or contact Paddle support from that page.
- You may also contact us directly through the Contact page and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What is covered
The 30-day guarantee covers the full purchase price of any Action Plan tier — Quick Check, Practical Plan, or Founder Package.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please reach out to us or to Paddle first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without first attempting a refund may delay resolution.
